St Pauls church will be open on Wednesdays from 5. 30 – 7 30 pm
And on Sunday afternoons 2-4 pm
For Private Prayer
Services will continue to be live streamed at the usual service times.
Rev Barbara will be in the church grounds between 1 and 3 pm on Saturday if anyone wants to come and say hello.
It would be helpful if those who come by car could bring their own chair to sit on.
We will not at this time be able to meet in a group larger than 6 so may need to have separate groups at a good distance from each other.
Dear friends.
I have been reminded that the dated envelopes for giving will run out soon , the new ones which start in July have arrived and are available from Brian Kerridge . You can either make contact with Brian or with me to arrange to either collect them or to have them delivered to you . Our giving has been very low at this time and we are not getting our usual level of church hall rents. So any donations towards our finances would be most gratefully received .
Rev Barbara
PS Are you aware that an alternative to the Envelope scheme is to give via monthly standing order? Not only does this ensure the Church gets a steady flow of income but also prevents handling of cash when the Church is able to reopen.

Christian Aid Week 2020 began on Sunday 10th May. The letter below has been sent to all churches in Sale.
From Chris Boyes – Christian Aid Week – Co-ordinator – Sale Group of Churches
In 2020 Christian Aid more than ever needs your support to be able to continue its project work for the most vulnerable in the countries in which it is currently operating.
There can be no house-to-house collection in 2020 however donations can still be made direct to Christian Aid at https://www.christianaid.org.uk/
And you can also create a Christian Aid e-Envelope which you can send to your friends and family and post on Social Media to widen the appeal further for funds at a time when they have never more been needed.
To do this go to https://envelope.christianaid.org.uk/add-message
And on the Christian Aid Website and most especially their Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/christianaid/ and Twitter feeds https://twitter.com/christian_aid
you can find loads more information about the work of Christian Aid and about other resources available now including a link to an online service being streamed today at 1 pm and available afterwards via YouTube
I do hope you will be able to offer your support in some way in 2020
Many, many thanks
Chris
