On Saturday July 1st work continued on tidying up the Church grounds and the photos below show the work in progress.

After a miserable week of weather the rains stopped on June 29th to allow 21 members and friends to take part in our annual bowling match, held again this year at the Linden Club in Sale.

The winner was last year’s runner-up Gary and this years runner-up was Mark. Photos taken at the event appear below.

We are continuing with our Concerts on Sunday afternoons before Evensong. Details of our next concert appear below.

We are also hosting a Choral Evensong for Churches Together in Sale with details below.

Tonight we will be standing together, to pray for all those who have become victims of the Manchester Attack and would like you all to join and attend to pray.

This morning the church will be open to all to pray, following the horrible incident last night at Manchester Arena.

Thoughts go out to all those who are affected.

On Saturday May 20th Anne & David invited us to bring a picnic lunch to their Garden on the farm. Following a bright morning the weather turned a bit damp so the picnic moved into the house. When it dried up a stroll through the gardens was followed by a “Hayride” behind David’s tractor around a small portion of the farm for the young at heart. The photos below were taken on the day.
